Whats a good shampoo for long hair to make soft and smooth?

Im a male and growing pit mybhair to a little shorter than shoulder length and to wear with a headband.

I good way to make your hair grow faster is to put olive oil in it and saran wrap your hair, then blow dry it to heat up the olive oil in your hair. Then take the saran wrap out and wash the oil out. It may take two shampoos to get it all the way out. And every night before going to bed, brush your hair 100 strokes. It stimulates the blood flow in your scalp to make your hair stronger and grow. :)
