If you are looking for an over the counter set, i would go with Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine. This set works very well and gives you what you are looking for. If you have any way of getting salon professional products, I would go with Matrix Biolage Hydrotherapy set that will give you taht softness and shine to your hair this is what i refer to my clients. Why is hair so soft after the hairdressers have shampooed it?
What is the difference between hairdresser's shampoo and regular shampoo? Is it to do with shampoo or conditioner, and is there any regular product which gives as nice a result?Why is hair so soft after the hairdressers have shampooed it?
Salon grade products are have better ingredients, also they shampoo properly. The proper way to shampoo is to clean using warm water, and rinse using cold ( or the coldest you can stand). nothing they just condition the crap out of it.
Its because its a DIFFERENT shampoo. You can get the same results at home simply by changing your brand once in a while. People say ingredients ';build up'; from using the same brand all the time. I don't know if that's the reason, but changing brands always works for me - at least for a while.
Because there is more oil in their shampoo and conditioners or they just use it directly.
Why don't we just soap in our hair? It strips all the oil out so it looks flat.
Shampoos strip some out but put some back in - conditioners put more back in - that's why there are ';oil treatments'; to help your hair if you've overdone it - blow drying, hair coloring, etc ...

It's simple and effective.. You must be knowing wat is shikakai (you are an Indian afterall).We'll also need Reetha, neem and some amla. they all are available on general stores.
Grind them and rub gently wuth water.
you may need to use a separate conditioner afterwards...you may use egg white as a conditioner
So, go for it and get the results.

I have tried Matrix: Biolage Hydratherapy (the brand is Matrix by the way) shampoo and Redken All Soft Conditioner and it works fine. Will definitely make your hair moisturized and soft. I never dyed my hair and since my hair is moisturized so I don't need a color shampoo. But I'm pretty sure that combo will work fine.Is it okay to use BIOLAGE COLOR SHAMPOO and REDKEN ALL SOFT CONDITIONER together as a set???

Yes it is fine to do that. you are just building your own line of what your hair needs. I think Redkens color shampoo is better and Redkens all soft conditioner is great. That's the combo you should use. There is nothing better about Biolage color shampoo. Redken is better for color anyway because they are a color brand. Good luck. Hope I helped. Totally! I, myself, am doing the opposite of you - I'm currently using Redken All Soft shampoo and the Biolage colour conditioner. It makes my hair amazingly soft and replenishes the moisture that I lose from heat styling.
As long as the products that you are using work for you, there really is no limits as to what shampoo and conditioner you should use together.
