what im using right now is this organic shampoo its called organix shea butter and the queen helen cholesterol hair conditioner- it works for me--I love it- my hair is really soft now -

I recomend finding a good conditioner, don't use it on top of your head though, becasue that can make your hair greasy. If you want long hair, it's still a good idea to get your hair trimmed and inch or so to keep it healthy
Using Biolage is the best solution. Get shampoo as well as conditioner. I feel it is resonable in cost wise.
may be i think garnier fructis long and strong will be better. even dove is also better.
I know its kind of weird but have you ever tried Mane'n'Tail? its for horses but it can be used by humans too. It smells good and it makes your hair clean soft and silky
