don't believe everything a shampoo comercial says, they just want their product to sell. my advice would be to try the shampoo (or buy maybe 2 or 3 different ones) and see if you like the shampoo and how it handles your hairDoes head and shoulders ';smooth and silky'; shampoo really make frizzy and rough hair soft?
Depends, if you take a multi vitamin, and eat healthy, like a lot of oatmeal (not the instant) cereal, fish, and lots of other Omega 3 fatty acids along with yoiur food, you'll have magnificent hair, what you can do on the outside, you can also accomplish within.
I odn't know about head and shoulders but i do knw that pantene pro-v (the certain kind made for frizzy and rough hair) works.
